Why do we Hate? 

Is it because we’re jealous, No? 

Is it because we’re envious, No? 

Is it because we’re… maybe they are the problem, Yes? 

Maybe they committed a crime, Yes? 

Maybe they harmed others, Yes? 

Maybe they’re High, In drugs, Yes? 

Maybe they killed someone, Yes? 

Maybe they assaulted someone, Yes? 

Maybe they abused someone, Yes? 

Maybe they are no one? 

Why do we Hate? 

Is it because it will fix something? 

Is it because it is normal? 

Is it because we’re humans? 

Is it because it’s their fault? 

Is it because they have no job? 

Is it because they’re mentally ill? 

Is it because they’re High, In drugs? 

Is it because us? 

Why do we Hate? 

Is it because you have seen them commit a disgusting act? 

Is it because you have seen them commit the wrong? Is it because you have seen them commit a lie? 

Is it because you have seen them commit to others? 

Why do we Hate? 

Have you been with a Criminal? 

Have you been with an Addict? 

Have you been with a Rapist? 

Have you been with a Cheater? 

Have you been with a Loser? 

Have you been with a Hacker? 

Have you been with a Lier? 

Have you been with a Devil? 

Have you been with a Thief? 

Have you been with a Politician? 

Have you been with someone? 

Have you been with a Human? 

Why do we Hate? 

Have you ask yourselves that? 

That those people behind, those people in every label you put on them, 

Has their own Truth, 

their own Stories, 

their own Lives, 

their own Memories, 

their own Friends, 

their own Families, 

their own… maybe they do not own nothing, 

Why do we Hate? 

When a Drug Addict, is addicted to something that he wasn’t meant to be addicted with, 

When a Thief, has to steal something from others because they have no jobs, that they have no way out of the system, 

When a Cheater, told you they no longer love you when because humans are changing and that love is a complex thing, 

When a Rapist, Raped someone because they’re mentally ill and they do not know, they do not know, they probably do not know their stories. 

And that we’re already judging them… giving them Hate. 

Pushing them away from the society, Further trapping in a system, Further pushing them in a void, 

Further letting them explore the unknown that shouldn’t have been, 

Further hating them from an act they’re also just a victim of,

Us. 

Why don’t we show them Love? 

and that Love is the most powerful thing, 

and that Love is kind, 

and that Love is not rude, 

and that Love does not dishonor others, 

and that Love is not easily angered, 

and that Love keeps no records of wrongs, 

Why don’t we show them Love? 

When they need it the most, 

When they are shouting for it the most, 

When they are desperately needing it, 

When they are them, or not them, 

And through that Love, 

We could show them the right path, 

We could correct their wrong act, 

We could change their world, 

We could change the world, itself, 

just by changing a four letter word with another four letter word. 

Love.

One of our Friends has passed away. He was Experiencing Depression for years already, giving no signs at all that he was. Until, July 16 when he took his own life. Everyone was still in shocked when that happened. As one of his wishes, we’re spreading Mental Illness Awareness.

What is Depression?
Depression is a mental illness that negatively affects how a person could feel, think, and act. It can affect everyone even those who appears to live normally and relatively ideally.

According to psychiatry.org depression may include symptoms, which are:

Feeling sad or having a depressed mood 
Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed 
Changes in appetite — weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting 
Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much 
Loss of energy or increased fatigue 
Increase in purposeless physical activity (e.g., hand-wringing or pacing) or slowed movements and speech (actions observable by others) 
Feeling worthless or guilty Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions Thoughts of death or suicide

Just Stress or Sadness is not the Same as Depression.

Stress is a short term or a constant Pressure from the environment, social, and other factors that could trigger the Fight or Flight mode in us.
Sadness is a feeling of not being happy about something. It’s the state of being sad and can brought up tears to humans.
Depression might look like just being Stress or Sad. But in Deeper Level it’s where you are loosing hope about everything in your life. It’s a state of being mentally lost. A Depressed Person can be Stressed or Sad more often during the episodes of Depression.

Depression is Treatable

You are not Alone! Tell your Friends, Family, and Other People You know. The minute you start talking about it, it’ll get easier.

Depression is a thing and is not a joke. Show love and not hate to each other, because once they’re gone they really are gone. Show them how important they are to you. Simply saying “I love you” will help, a simple hug might do something, a simple letter could do so much. So many Simple things might change a Person’s way of thinking affected by Depression.
